Effective date: 19 August 2026 · The Spiral Squad
The Spiral Squad's advertising management application is an internal business tool. It is used by The Spiral Squad to manage and measure Meta advertising on behalf of clients as part of an engagement agreement. Clients do not use the application directly.
When a client engages The Spiral Squad, they authorise The Spiral Squad to access their Meta advertising assets — such as advertising accounts, campaigns, and performance data — for the duration of that engagement. This access is granted through the Meta platform and is governed by the applicable client agreement.
When a client engagement ends, The Spiral Squad removes its access to the client's Meta advertising assets in accordance with the client agreement. This means The Spiral Squad's application will no longer be connected to or able to access those assets.
This removal is handled as part of the standard offboarding process for each engagement.
If you are a client or authorised contact and wish to request clarification about the access associated with your engagement — including confirmation that access has been removed — you can contact The Spiral Squad directly:
The Spiral Squad's application accesses your advertising data through Meta's Marketing API. It does not operate an independent copy of that data outside of what Meta's platform makes available during an active session.
Data held by Meta — including account information, advertising history, and analytics — is stored and controlled by Meta, not by The Spiral Squad. The Spiral Squad cannot delete, modify, or retrieve data that is retained by Meta independently of its API access.
To request deletion of data held by Meta, you should contact Meta directly or use the controls available in your Meta Business account. Meta's privacy policy and data deletion processes govern that data.
