These Terms of Service govern use of The Spiral Squad's internal advertising management application (the "Application"). The Application is primarily an internal business tool operated by The Spiral Squad to manage and measure Meta advertising on behalf of clients as part of its advertising services.
Clients do not use the Application directly. Access to client advertising assets is granted to The Spiral Squad by the client as part of an engagement agreement, and is used solely to deliver the agreed advertising management services.
Clients engage The Spiral Squad to manage their Meta advertising under a separate client agreement or contract. As part of that engagement, clients authorise The Spiral Squad to access and manage relevant advertising assets — including advertising accounts, campaigns, ad sets, and related data — through the Meta Marketing API.
The scope of access, the services to be performed, and the duration of the engagement are all governed by the applicable client agreement. These Terms of Service do not replace or modify that agreement.
Access to a client's Meta advertising assets is maintained for the duration of the applicable client engagement. When the engagement ends — whether by completion, notice, or any other reason specified in the client agreement — The Spiral Squad removes its access to the client's advertising assets, subject to the terms of that agreement.
The Spiral Squad may suspend or terminate access to the Application where necessary, including where there is suspected misuse, a breach of applicable terms, or a change in the client relationship.
Users of the Application must not:
The Application relies on third-party platforms and services, including Meta's Marketing API and Business tools. The Spiral Squad does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or continuity. The Application may be affected by changes to Meta's policies, API availability, or platform terms at any time.
The Application is provided in connection with The Spiral Squad's client advertising services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Spiral Squad's liability arising from or relating to the Application is limited to direct losses and is subject to the limitations set out in the applicable client agreement.
The Spiral Squad is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to third-party platforms, API changes, or events outside its reasonable control.
The Spiral Squad may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
